  • You can have two biscuits or one rusk with tea/milk in the morning.
  • Vaginal discharge – You may have a white and milky colored discharge from your vagina, which is known as Leukorrhea in medical term. If so, then please do not worry about it. This discharge is important to protect your internal organs from getting infected with any infection.
  • Fatigue – Fatigue is the reason for growing embryo which needs more blood and results in low blood pressure. This is the most common and a repetitive symptom of pregnancy. You will feel tired quickly and will also feel sleepy by and then, but this is absolutely normal and healthy sign.
  • Every smell feels high to you nowadays. Previously this particular smell has never bothered you, but now it has started catching your attention and making you more sensitive.

Eat nutritionally balanced and healthy diet. Completely quit unhealthy habits like smoking, drinking alcohol or chewing tobacco.
You can practice Yoga or squats which is good for your abdomen and gives you the flexibility during the labor. Do not eat or drink any unhealthy food or uncooked items and unpasteurized milk. Stop having fish with high levels of mercury. Don’t skip any meal.
Drink plenty of water and fluids to stay hydrated and avoid constipation. The water intake should be 3 litres (10-12 glasses) in a day. Don’t take stress or exertion.
You should take proper rest and sleep well. Take small nap in afternoon so that body can take rest. Don’t pull or push heavy objects. Don’t carry your elder baby (if you have). It can lead to lower abdominal pain.
If you notice any sign of bleeding during this week, speak to your doctor as soon as possible. Avoid eating spicy and oily stuff. Don’t consume Dry fruits.
